At Iccha Fashions, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been shipped.
- To cancel, contact us at chandrak1302@gmail.com or call +91 8148823126 with your order details.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery.
Cancellation by Iccha Fashions
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use will not be accepted for return.
- Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
Note: Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. How to Initiate a Return / Refund
- Email us at chandrak1302@gmail.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged/defective).
- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
- On approval, we will arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
- Upon receiving the item, the refund will be processed within the timelines mentioned above.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund at our discretion.
