Our gold and rose-gold plated jewelry comes with a 6-month warranty against significant tarnishing or fading under normal wear conditions.
Stone Setting Guarantee
We guarantee that all stones and crystals are securely set. If a stone falls out within 1 year of purchase due to manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
What is NOT Covered?
- Damage caused by accidental breakage, misuse, or mishandling.
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, minor fading over extended use).
- Damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or water (for non-waterproof items).
- Modifications or repairs done by third parties.
